84,000 SF HVAC ductwork installation complete at the Senior Living facility. All AHUs commissioned and running. Ready for the next scope — we have capacity now.

Project: Essex County Federal Courthouse

Topped out the Federal Courthouse structural steel today. 18-week schedule, delivered in 16. OSHA 30, zero incidents. That's how we do it.

Project: Westside Residences

245-unit apartment complex — full wet pipe sprinkler system installed and inspected. All units clear. Wrapping up here and have crew available in 3 weeks for the right project.

Project: Emory Medical Office Renovation

Hospital renovation TI complete — 12,000 SF of medical office buildout. Punch list in progress, substantial completion next week. Great team on this one.
